Toby is a sweet senior who was transported to the Buffalo area after his owner surrendered him in Texas. He arrived with some serious medical issues and is in critical need of oral surgery to allow him to eat and live comfortably. Winter was a bit shocking for Toby, but he is excited now that the snow has melted. He’s also making it clear he is ready to learn how to play and make new friends.
