2023 Is Our Year!
Dear Friends and Supporters,
White Whiskers is excited to announce that we have found a home for the Sanctuary! We have secured a property, and the Special Use Permit necessary to open the Sanctuary.
The property is an old VFW Post in Akron, NY. It has everything we need going forward, including outdoor space for the dogs, plenty of parking, an area for small events, and more. These will all come together as we begin renovations.
Thank you for being so supportive over the last three years. While there is still much work to be done, we now have a place to call home and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Did you Save your Cans and Bottles?
Our next bottle and can drive is this Saturday, January 7, at Xtra Dime Back. The event runs from 10am – 5pm and is located at 1041 Englewood Ave., Amherst, NY, 14223.
Can’t make it to the event? You can take your bottles and cans to any of the locations listed here. Please let them know they are for White Whiskers Fundraising account.
Don’t forget that we also collect can tabs! You can drop them off to us at any of our fundraising events.

We fly through our on-hand inventory of t-shirts and are asked about different sizes and colors all the time!
