We enjoy hosting events in the Buffalo-Niagara area to support our dog rescue and other dog-friendly businesses. We’d love to see you – please stop by and say hello and remember to support our Corporate Sponsors.

100% of the proceeds will go to the Sanctuary operations and care of the dogs we have in our facility.

It’s been a long road, but we are finally ready to show off the Sanctuary! 
Come see what we’ve built the weekend of August 10 – 11!  We will still be
constructing, but the key areas will all be ready for us to start doing what we
have been intending to do, all along.  And that is rescuing homeless and
unwanted senior pups and showering them with love and comfort.  

Join our celebration from 12 – 4pm on August 10 – 11:

  • Tour the Sanctuary
  • Hog dogs, pizza & ice cream

  • A 2pm presentation on both days
  • Merchandise for sale
  • Learn about volunteer opportunities
  • Bring your pup and get their nails trimmed by Club Pawsh for just $20

Join us for a mid-summer basket raffle!  In addition to some great baskets, we’ll have a bake sale, White Whiskers merchandise for sale, artisan crafts, a Buffalo Bills Ticket Raffle, and more!

Each year, the 7th graders of Nichols School undertake a special project aimed at fostering connections with the Western New York community and alumni.  This year, the students opted to design a puzzle featuring dogs from their own imagination to help promote White Whiskers Senior Dog Sanctuary.  The group partnered with Buffalo Games to produce a 300-piece puzzle; the puzzle sells for just $15 and all proceeds will benefit White Whiskers.

Last year’s event was so popular we’re bringing it back!  Join us and the Easter Bunny for a pancake breakfast and basket raffle.  We’ll have crafts for the kids and photos with the Easter Bunny for both canines and humans.
 
Pancake breakfast is $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under.
